| NASIS (National Agricultural Space and Information System)
NASIS (National Agricultural Space and Information System) is GIS application
software, and it is developed by Beijing Oriental TITAN Technology Co., LTD on
the base of TITAN GIS 4.0 second developing software package according to the
requirement of "the Suggestion Letter about the Project of National Agriculture
Resource and District Information Service System" constituted by the office of
Resource District of Chinese Academy of Agriculture, so as to realize to query
and distribute national agricultural space and information.
This software can run under the environment of Windows NT/2000.
System Module
The system adopts modularization design and visits spatial database on the base
of groupware technology of TITAN GIS 4.0 COM or visits other attributes database
on the base of ADO technology.

System Function
System manager can setup different visiting authorization so as to ensure the
security of system;
Manage many graphic libraries of system through data dictionary;
Provide spatial data conversion tool;
Support the conversion of ArcInfo E00 file, Grid file, ArcView Shp file and
TITAN tms file;
Support the manner of disparting breadth according to national standard of
1:250000, 1:1000000 and 1:4000000;
Zoom out and roam, and enhance and match image or picture in BMP, JPG and TIF
format;
Support intangibly querying District;
Agility and convenient data editing function;
Through two manners of List Select and Map Select to query and display districts
or spatial graphics;
Districts query provides three manner: according to Library name, Classification
name and District selected;
Districts information statistics provide four manners: according to library
name, Classification name, Raster Information Statistics and Space Statistics;
Query and Statistic information for spatial layers, and support statistics of
the third party;
Construct SQL languages to query information of statistics;
Quickly and conveniently create all kinds of report forms using design tool;
Provide five legends for districts and spatial layers: simple legend, unique
value legend, scope and subsection legend, statistic chart and legend, group
legend.
Joint the third library, select fields to setup legend;
Print and Drawing function "in WYSWYG";
Pick up and distribute attribute information, spatial information and statistics
for spatial layer according to districts;
Create annotated information layer.
